Squad Training is a Group Fitness Session that includes you and a few people of your choice to join you in your workout. To join a group session your squad must have a minimum of 2 people and no more than 5 total per group. You and your group will have the option to choose between 2 or 3 days a week. Each session will be 1 hour and will have different variations of workouts to give you a full body workout that will have you dripping sweat. The best part of Squad Training is that you get to hold each other accountable and get results together!
Below is a break down of payment options. Squad Training is $25 per person per session. Full payment for the group must be paid before scheduling. Grab your Squad and lets get it!
