How to be successful during your 30 days

  • Follow the 30 Day Program
  • Have your timer ready for each workout day
  • Take Before Pics before you start your first day and After Pics on your last day to track your progress
  • Have Fun, put on some good music and burn out!
  • Have your family and friends join you
  • Make sure to select “Mark Complete” after you complete each day
  • Use the tutorial videos if needed to help with technique
  • Eat a clean healthy diet, drink lots of water
  • Put in your best effort
  • Stay Motivated by celebrating each day or week by sharing your progress with Alpha Body Fitness LLC on Social Media.
