How to be successful during your 30 days
- Follow the 30 Day Program
- Have your timer ready for each workout day
- Take Before Pics before you start your first day and After Pics on your last day to track your progress
- Have Fun, put on some good music and burn out!
- Have your family and friends join you
- Make sure to select “Mark Complete” after you complete each day
- Use the tutorial videos if needed to help with technique
- Eat a clean healthy diet, drink lots of water
- Put in your best effort
- Stay Motivated by celebrating each day or week by sharing your progress with Alpha Body Fitness LLC on Social Media.
