How to be successful during your 30 days
Follow the 30 Day Program
Have your timer ready for each workout day
Take Before Pics before you start your first day and After Pics on your last day to track your progress
Have Fun, put on some good music and burn out!
Have your family and friends join you
Make sure to select “Mark Complete” after you complete each day
Use the tutorial videos if needed to help with technique
Eat a clean healthy diet, drink lots of water
Put in your best effort
