What to Expect
To get the most out of your workout we will start Kickboxing training with a warm up that will get your heart rate pumping. The warm will include shadow boxing which will be a refresher of the different kickboxing combination (Jabs, cross, kicks, number combination, etc.), basic calisthenic cardio drills, and different movements that will help you stretch and warm up the entire body to help you prepare for the kickboxing rounds.
