My workouts are designed to help train my clients to not only to be strong physically but strong mentally when it comes to fitness by incorporating kickboxing into your everyday workouts. I created Alpha Body Fitness LLC, to inspire others to not only reach their fitness goals but to love their bodies and embrace the journey on being the best version of themselves by overcoming the mental obstacles.

Hi! I’m Angelica Williams, a Mother, Wife, Fitness Enthusiast, Certified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor. Fitness has always been apart of my life since I was a young girl and I always knew that I wanted to do something special with it. I spent years trying to perfect my body into an image that I thought was ideal based off what society portrayed. But what exactly is a “perfect body”? I tried different diets, tons of different workouts and my weight constantly fluctuated. At some point, I wanted to give up because I felt like I wasn’t reaching the goal of having a perfect image. What I realized is that when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, It’s all about setting a realistic goal for yourself, focusing on the things you love about yourself and the things you can improve on. Its a mental journey as well as a physical. I learned that I had to change my mindset and realize that the person I look at in the mirror every single day is my motivation and my only competition when it comes to achieving my goals.
My passion for fitness and helping others has led me to create Alpha Body Fitness, LLC. My goal is to build confidence, strong minds, strong bodies, help people achieve their goals and embrace all bodies with each of my clients, especially women that have been on a long journey on trying to be the best version of themselves through fitness. I have been through the same ups and downs that come with fitness which allows me to relate directly to my clients needs. I understand that not everyone has the same goals or obstacles so I make sure to set up a fitness plan that’s specific for each of my clients. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or someone looking to learn more intense workouts, you will be treated as a top priority to achieve your fitness goals.

LETS BUILD ALPHA BODIES!
You will be able to start your first day of training once you purchase a Training Package. All training will be exactly 60 minutes. You will be asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure that you are prepared for your workout to get the full 60 minute session.
Each of your workouts will be designed specifically for your fitness goal. Whether you’re a beginner, moderate or advanced your workouts will be created to meet your needs. This will be discussed and determined the day of your virtual fitness assessment. There are no assessments for Squad Trainings or Boot Camps
All clients will have access to 60 minute workout sessions. The workouts depend on your type of training. Personal Training will include a customize workout plan, virtual training and kickboxing. Kickboxing Training, Squad Training and Boot Camps vary with the types of workouts. Kickboxing and Squad Trainings are In Person Only, Boots Camps and Personal Training offer Virtual and In Person Training.
Depending on which training you choose it will vary.
-Personal Training, there is a minimum requirement of 8 sessions per month/2 Days a week in order to schedule training. For best results, it is recommended that you workout at least 3-4 times a week. Any of those days can be scheduled sessions with me or you can choose to workout on your own throughout the week but there must be a minimum of 8 sessions (2 days a week) scheduled to start Personal Training. If you do want to schedule more sessions you can do so anytime by upgrading your Training Package.
-Kickboxing Training, Squad Training is an unlimited number of sessions. There is no requirement to schedule. You pay as you go. Boot Camp varies when avaliable, normally twice a month.
All sessions will be paid through Alphabodyfitness.com. Forms of payment accepted: PayPal, Visa, Debit/Credit, American Express, Master Card. All payment must be made before scheduling any trainings/sessions.
Virtual Training is a 60 minute live 1 on 1 personal training session. It will be the same concept as if I was there with you in person. Since it is virtual you can choose any location of your choice as long as you have video capability. The sessions will be held through a ZOOM meeting where you will be provided a link to access the training. This can be done through your phone, computer or tablet. If you do not have ZOOM we can make other arrangements for your Virtual Training. Virtual Training is for Personal Training and some Boot Camps only.
If you need to cancel your session for whatever reason, you must give at least 24-hour notice. Your cancelled session will be applied to another day/week of your choice. In the event that I cancel, your session will be applied to another day/week of your choice. If you want to cancel your recurring payments/and or cancel all services with me I ask for at least 72 hour notice. You will be fully refunded for any unused scheduled sessions for Personal Training. Refunds will sent through original form of payment.
*There are no refunds on the start up fee which included the 60 minute fitness assessment.
The benefit of having a Certified Personal Trainer is to not only help you reach your fitness goals but to support and educate you through your workouts. As a Certified Personal Trainer, my duty is to motivate and to educate my clients by perfecting your form, help set realistic goals, hold you accountable, build confidence, challenge you mentally and physically and make your fitness journey enjoyable and worth it.
To get started with Alpha Body Fitness you will pay a one-time start up fee of $20 and complete your initial intake form. This will cover your initial fitness assessment which will include a 60 minute virtual meeting to discuss your fitness goals, test your fitness level, discuss a fitness plan that will be best for you and go over any questions or concerns you may have. (This is for Personal Training and Kickboxing Training). There are no assessments for Squad Training and Boot Camps. Once we have completed you virtual fitness assessment you will be able to schedule your FREE session.
