Hi! I’m Angelica Williams, a Mother, Wife, Fitness Enthusiast, Certified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor. Fitness has always been apart of my life since I was a young girl and I always knew that I wanted to do something special with it. I spent years trying to perfect my body into an image that I thought was ideal based off what society portrayed. But what exactly is a “perfect body”? I tried different diets, tons of different workouts and my weight constantly fluctuated.  At some point, I wanted to give up because I felt like I wasn’t reaching the goal of having a perfect image. What I realized is that when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, It’s all about setting a realistic goal for yourself, focusing on the things you love about yourself and the things you can improve on.  Its a mental journey as well as a physical. I learned that the person you look at in the mirror every single day is your motivation and your only competition when it comes to achieving your goals. 

My passion for fitness and helping others has led me to create Alpha Body Fitness. My goal is to build confidence, strong minds, strong bodies, help people achieve their goals and embrace all bodies with each of my clients, especially women that have been on a long journey on trying to be the best version of themselves through fitness. I have been through the same ups and downs that come with fitness which allows me to relate directly to my clients needs. I understand that not everyone has the same goals or obstacles so I make sure to set up a fitness plan that’s specific for each of my clients. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or someone looking to learn more intense workouts, you will be treated as a top priority to achieve your fitness goals.

Training will start the day of your first scheduled session after you have chosen a fitness plan. Your FREE SESSION will be the same day as your assessment. A fitness plan will be discussed during your first initial intake of your fitness assessment. Each session is 60 minutes, which includes a warm up and cool down. You will be asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before each of your sessions to go over any questions or concerns you may have.

Each of your workouts  will be designed specifically for your fitness goal.  Whether you’re a beginner, moderate or advanced  your workouts will be created to meet your needs.  This will be discussed and determined the day of your assessment.

All clients will have access to 1 on 1 Personal Training, Virtual Training and Boxing/Kickboxing Training.  You have the option to decide which type of training session works best for you.

Sessions are unlimited. In order to schedule training you will need to schedule a minimum of 8 sessions per month/2 days per week. For best results, it is recommended that you workout at least 3-4 times a week. Any of those days can be scheduled sessions with me or you can choose to workout out on your own throughout the week but there must be a minimum of 8 sessions/2 days per week scheduled per month. If you do want to schedule more sessions you can do so anytime by upgrading you fitness plan.

All sessions will be paid through You will have two options on a payment subscription plan; weekly or monthly. Forms of payment accepted: Visa, Debit/Credit, PayPal, American Express, Master Card.

Virtual Training is a live 1 on 1 personal training session. It will be the same concept as if I was there with you in person. Since it is virtual you can choose any location of your choice as long as you have video capability. The sessions will be held through a ZOOM meeting where you will be provided a link to access the training.  This can be done through your phone, computer or tablet. If you do not have ZOOM we can make other arrangements for your Virtual Training.

If you need to cancel your session for whatever reason, you must give at least 24-hour notice.  Your cancelled session will be applied to another day/week of your choice. In the event that I cancel, your session will be applied to another day/week of your choice. If you want to cancel your subscription/and or cancel all services with me I ask for at least 72 hour notice. You will be fully refunded for any unused scheduled sessions. Refunds will sent through original form of payment.

*There are no refunds on the start up fee which included the 30 minute fitness assessment.

The benefit of having a Certified Personal Trainer is to not only help you reach your fitness goal but to support and educate you through your workouts.  As a Certified Personal Trainer, my duty is to motivate and to educate my clients by perfecting your form, help set realistic goals, hold you accountable, build confidence, challenge you and make your fitness journey enjoyable and worth it.

To get started, you will pay a one-time start up fee of $20. This will cover your initial fitness assessment which will include a 30 minute meeting to discuss and test your fitness level, what fitness plan will be best for you and go over any questions or concerns you may have. Your FREE session is included the day you get started.
